Today, we serve more than 23,000 homes and businesses across a unique coastal service area stretching from just east of the Sandestin Resort to Inlet Beach, and from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of America.

Through a long-standing franchise agreement with Walton County, we’re trusted to build, maintain, and operate the region’s essential utility infrastructure — including multiple well sites and three advanced wastewater treatment plants. Our dedicated team keeps water flowing and systems running while supporting the future of South Walton by prioritizing sustainability, innovation, and community care.

WaterScope is our latest customer support tool, giving you easy access to important information like meter readings, custom water usage budgets, and daily alerts for high usage. We encourage all water customers to enroll in this free service to better monitor their water consumption.

Convenience fees apply only to payment methods that charge them, such as credit card payments and checks initiated online (e-checks) through your bank. These fees are not Regional Utilities’ fees — they are charged by the processing agency and are absorbed by the customer choosing to use these methods.
Convenience Fee Details:
  • Credit Cards: 3.70% Convenience Fee (minimum fee $2.50)
  • E-checks: $1.95 Convenience Fee

Fee-free payment options are still available, including cash, check or automatic bank draft through Regional Utilities. Applications for Automatic Bank Drafting can be downloaded here.
